This facility is equipped with moulding presses, turning and grinding machines that support us in manufacturing bearings in bulk quantity. Moreover, as a result of our vast production facility, we have are able to maintain installed capacity of bearings consistently to 10000 pcs per month. With an aim to facilitate clients with flawless products, we conduct physical & chemical test of rubber and metals before manufacturing and dimensional stability check of every finished bearing before dispatch. Testing and quality control is conducted at our lab equipped for tensile testing, elongation testing, abrasion testing, friction testing, and swelling testing and also dimension checking equipment and gauges.
