Notice to Sellers and Exporters: Disclaimer regarding FIEO-GlobalLinker and Indian Business Portal Usage and Services

This Disclaimer serves to notify all sellers and exporters (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who access and utilise the FIEO-GlobalLinker or Indian Business Portal (collectively referred to as "the Platforms"), jointly developed by the Federation of Indian Export Organisations ("FIEO") and GlobalLinker, of the cost-free nature of creating an e-store for Users' products or services and listing Users' businesses on the Indian Business Portal.

Neither FIEO nor GlobalLinker charges any fees for these services, and both organisations actively promote and encourage Sellers/Exporters to create e-stores independently. To facilitate this, FIEO and GlobalLinker provide assistance through regularly scheduled training programs.

Notwithstanding the above, certain Sellers/Exporters have expressed interest in selecting customised, assisted store packages offered by GlobalLinker. Sellers/Exporters who wish to opt for such subscription packages should carefully review the following:

  1. Customised Store Packages: GlobalLinker offers assisted, customised store packages as an optional service to Sellers/Exporters who prefer such assistance. These packages may be subject to additional fees and charges as determined by GlobalLinker.

  2. Subscription Agreement: Sellers/Exporters who choose to subscribe to customised store packages must review and agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable Subscription Agreement, which governs the relationship between the User and GlobalLinker regarding the provision of the customised store packages.

  3. No Endorsement or Liability: FIEO does not endorse or assume any responsibility or liability for the services provided by GlobalLinker through their customised store packages. Sellers/Exporters who opt for such packages do so at their own risk and discretion and are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions of the applicable Subscription Agreement.

By accessing and utilising the Platforms, Sellers/Exporters acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer. Sellers/Exporters who do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer are advised to discontinue the use of the Platforms immediately.
