The Authorized Share Capital of the HPML is Rs. 3,50,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Fifty Lac only) consisting of 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
The HPML entered into capital market in February, 1996 with Public Issue of 8,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- at Par. The Company's share were listed with OTC Exchange of India. Further under the SEBI Circular reference CIR/MRD/DSA/14/2012 dated May 30, 2012 , OTC Exchange of India. Further under the SEBI Circular reference CIR/MRD/DSA/14/2012 dated May 30, 2012 , OTC Exchange of India send the letter to HPML reference 0076/LSTG/13-14/0393 dated February 4, 2014 about their in-principle decision to surrender the License to SEBI and HPML moved to Dissemination Board of BSE Ltd.
