BJS ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED offers finest, available PLC BASED AUTOMATIC SLOTTING MACHINE for CASING AND RIBBED SCREEN PVC PIPES, which are used in deep bore well in MODERN days. The machine state of art is developed wholly indiginesouly and supplied to number of reputed PVC PIPE PLANTS throughout INDIA and EXPORTED too. The machine is designed in such a way , to cut slots on PVC PIPES accurately and fastly. The machine is available in different size range i.e PIPE dai from 40 mm  to 1200 mm.

The machine is provided with High Speed Slotting Cutters, powered with 15, 20, or 25 HP A.C Motor. The slots are cut, at one-foot length per stroke at a time. The machine is controlled by PLC with MMI [ MAN MACHINE INTERFACE ] to operate machine in Auto mode by pressing only one push button, to complete the slotting of 3 Meter, 6 Meter, or any specific length of pipe and need not to have the highly skilled operator, to operate. The machine is also with built in indivual control of each motion ,for which separate push buttons are provided.

The machine is with built in a dust collector for neat and clean operation and dust could also be collected and recycled for making pipes, with which a lot of saving in Raw material cost. The slotting follows BSI: 12818 /DIN / SABS / or any other Standard

The machine requires max 3 Phase, AC POWER and a connection of Pneumatic line with 8 BAR pressure only.
