It is possible to manufacture an exceptionally strong, lightweight cross-laminated film through an innovative process.

In a special manufacturing process, cross-laminated tarpaulins provide strong tensile strength and balance tear resistance across multiple directions. 

Polyethylene tarpaulins are laminated with woven fabric on both sides (lamination + fabric + lamination). HDPE is placed between two layers of low-density polyethylene (LDPE).
