Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Chicken Angara Masala Mix
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, masala mix, yogurt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces.

Add the tomatoes, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot with rice or roti.
