Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Coconut Varuthara Chicken Curry Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:
