Here is a recipe for Kashmiri paaya using OrganoNutri Kashmiri Paaya Masala Mix:

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg goat trotters, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup OrganoNutri Kashmiri Paaya Masala Mix
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine the goat trotters, onion, tomatoes, masala mix, yogurt, oil, water, and salt. Mix well to coat the trotters.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the trotters are tender.
  3. Add the cilantro and mint and stir to combine.
  4. Serve hot with naan or rice.
