Here is a recipe for Pav Bhaji:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Mumbai Pav Bhaji Masala Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1 cup vegetables, such as onions, tomatoes, and potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pav, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
  2. Add the OrganoNutri Masala Mix and vegetables and stir to combine.
  3. Cook the vegetables until softened, about 10 minutes.
