Here is a recipe for Navratan Korma:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Navratan Korma Masala Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound vegetables, such as cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, and peas
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
  2. Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Add the cashews, almonds, yogurt, and heavy cream and stir to combine.
  4. Add the vegetables and salt to taste and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot with rice or naan.
