How do we assure quality?

Harvest Level: Nurturing bee families is integral to our approach, ensuring their health for increased productivity in honey production. We ensure honey quality from hive to storage through meticulous selection of optimal nectar fields, harvesting only ripe, sugar-free honey without pesticides or antibiotics for the highest quality product.

Storage Level: Maintain honey's quality by storing it in a cool, dry environment at room temperature. Preventing moisture is crucial, as it can lead to fermentation. Similar to honeybees sealing honeycombs with wax, we ensure quality by sealing our honey buckets to preserve the natural conditions found in beehives.

Filtration Level: We adhere to a comprehensive triple filtration process for our natural honey: i. Initial filtration or screening during harvest at the bee farm. ii. Dual Filtration, utilising micro-sized filters during honey storage in tanks. iii. A final filtration step during packaging to ensure purity before filling into containers.
