Kondapalli Bommallu
Originating from the Kodapalli region of Andhra Pradesh, Kondapalli Bommallu is made from the soft wood of Tella Poniki by hand carving using a special chisel Bahudara and later smooth finished. The next step involves colouring with either oil and water-colours or vegetable dyes and enamel paints are applied based on the type of toys.
