The instrument is designed for Fixed Radius Bending suitable for  bending of sample of size 210mm x 25mm x 20mm (including 6mm coating ) [L x B x T] suitable for 6.4 to 20 mm thick sample within 7 to 10 sec Max.

Design as per CANADIAN STANDARD Z245 20 02.

FLEXIBILITY OF COATING.

Automatic with PLC Control model

Touch Screen Display

Hydraulic System.

Castor Wheel for Movability.

Heavy Duty Pipe Framework body.

High & Low Level Limit cut off system.

1 phase/3 Phase Motor With Gear Pump Built-in for Hydraulic Pressure Generation.

Pressure Setting Valve, Factory Set Built In.

Provided with shock Absorbers Pad.


SAFETY FEATURES :

Built in pressure transmitter with PLC to cut off overload pressure [Factory Set].

Low level limit cut off.

High level limit cut off.

Shock Absorbers Pad.
