Mr. Kailas Biyani (B.com, DBM) is running brokerage house & Commission agent for agri commodities since last 20yrs., Mr. Ashok Zanwar, Mr. Ajeet Zanwar, Mrs. Sunita Samdani, are directors. Mr. Manish Totala is running Pulse Mill since last 7yrs. The promoters are technically and commercially qualified and have substantial business experience. All the promoters/Directors are close relatives and are already having their own business so they have decided to enter in to a joint venture as a part of business diversification and expansion.
