Bhalia wheat" contains very hard bold and vitreous grain texture, high protein content, high pelshanke value, medium sedimentation value, high carotene, less yellow berry and it contains maximum natural yellow pigments (due to high carotene) and low water absorption which is which preferable for semolina (suji), pasta goods like macaroni spaghetti, vermicelli noodles, pizza etc.
